Maintenance:

Is to maintain equipment in a usable & reliable state. This is the process of inspection, adjustment and lubrication. This is commonly known as “PM” work or Planned Maintenance. CPM Conveyor has a very well thought out “PM” program designed to keep your equipment in that useful & reliable state.

Our PM Report

Take a look at our sample PM Report. Our technicians come to your facility more frequently than traditional PM work but for less time. Our PM is not designed to repair anything, although we will repair simple things or any safety risks.

  • Inspection: Look for any impending trouble, wear, or failure issues and record them in the equipment specific PM Report.
  • Lubrication: Establish and follow the manufacturer’s or industry standard equipment lubrication schedule.
  • Adjustment: Adjust system parts due to wear and tear such as belt tracking and tension, drive chain tension and alignment and air regulator pressure.

Our PM visit is designed to be brief and be done without interfering with your production. If we do need to do anything invasive where power needs to be shut off or shut down for any period of time, we will coordinate that with your operation management. This is designed to give you a quick, organized, comprehensive, up-to-date status of your conveyor and any associated equipment. Any repairs that need to be done outside the PM time will be quoted to you as soon as possible so you can schedule that work at a time that is convenient for your production schedule.
